You will work across all stages of the customer lifecycle—from prospecting to retention. Your Responsibilities: Attract and Sell Answer and guide customers via phone, WhatsApp, and in person. Actively and warmly seek new customers through external outreach and within areas near our units. Accompany customers from first contact through to closing. Demonstrate to customers the importance of continuous health care. Serve and Maintain Relationships Schedule appointments and tests, helping manage calendars (confirm appointments, handle cancellations and walk-ins). Keep all customer information updated in the system. Contact customers after service to assess their satisfaction. Inform customers about new promotions and services.
