The company offers training, a dynamic work environment, and real opportunities for growth. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Prepare and assemble food items, ensuring the brand's quality standards and presentation; * Provide prompt, courteous, and customer-focused service to deliver the best possible experience; * Provide product information and assist customers in making purchasing decisions; * Maintain kitchen and equipment organization, cleanliness, and hygiene in compliance with food safety regulations; * Support inventory control and restocking efforts to ensure smooth daily operations; * Route requests and needs to the responsible departments to ensure operational efficiency. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed high school education; * Strong verbal communication skills and a proactive attitude in customer service; * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule; * Organizational skills, agility, and attention to detail; * Prior experience in kitchens or food service operations is considered a plus.
