Here, your work drives **efficiency, intelligence, and innovation**. **The Challenge:** We are looking for a **Market Intelligence and Performance Coordinator** with an analytical and strategic profile to lead our BA team. You will serve as the critical link between multi-channel data sources and the Business Directorate, unifying perspectives and leveraging AI to challenge processes, eliminate revenue bottlenecks, and ensure every insight is strictly aligned with optimizing our DRE. **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Performance Management:** Lead the analyst team in developing *forecasting* models, tactical studies, and cross-functional metrics (Commercial, CX, and Product), ensuring unified governance of KPIs; * **Revenue Optimization:** Map the customer purchase journey to identify friction points, implement A/B tests, and propose immediate changes to protect margins and prevent revenue loss; * **Proactive Intelligence:** Anticipate consumer trends and competitor movements (benchmarking) using predictive analytics and AI to suggest new growth avenues; * **Operational Excellence:** Operate as a high-agility analytical service center, converting complex data (structured and unstructured) into actionable *dashboards* and solution recommendations; * **Executive Reporting:** Consolidate high-visibility reports for the Executive Directorate, translating operational metrics into direct impact on the DRE and profitability. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or related fields; * Solid experience managing teams directly involved in data or performance; * Proficiency in **SQL** for data extraction and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker); * Expert-level Excel skills (Power Query and Data Modeling); * Knowledge of **P\&L, DRE, and Unit Economics** metrics (CAC, LTV, Contribution Margin); * Experience in multi-channel ecosystems (Online/Offline, B2C, E\-commerce); * An inquisitive, curious, and demand-generating profile, with the ability to translate technical data for business stakeholders. **Desirable:** * Practical experience with Generative AI and task automation tools; * Experience in process and project management; * Background working at technology, logistics, or high-volume transaction companies. **Additional Information** **For your well-being, we offer:** ------------------------------------------- * PJ employment model; * 13th-month salary; * Paid vacation (30 days); * Flexible Meal Allowance (flexible for other expenses); * Health insurance with co-payment (SulAmérica); * Performance-based recognition (PLR). **Additionally, for your experience, we provide:** * A collaborative, data-driven environment * No dress code * Continuous learning and real-world business challenges SmartTravel was born from the ambition of a group specializing in air transportation solutions to bring the same innovations to the road transportation market.
