We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to work on vertical construction projects, with expertise in foundation/infrastructure, reading technical drawings (electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and gas systems), supervision of installations and finishing works (drywall, painting, windows and doors, and tiling). Candidates must be capable of coordinating teams, managing materials, and ensuring high-quality execution. If you master all aspects of construction—from foundation to finishing—and lead teams confidently and technically, this position is your next major project. Supervise all construction phases—including foundation and infrastructure (earthworks, drainage, formwork, reinforcement of footings, tie beams, and raft slabs)—ensuring compliance with design documents and quality standards. Read and interpret electrical, plumbing, fire protection, gas, and PDA drawings to ensure compatibility and provide accurate guidance to teams. Monitor installation of electronic and sanitary kits; manage materials, supplies, and equipment; support daily planning and site organization. Lead in-house and subcontracted teams, assign tasks, monitor productivity, and guide technical problem-solving. Effectively oversee finishing works—including drywall ceilings, painting, window and door installation, tiling, and other finishing elements—to ensure excellence in project delivery. Enforce and reinforce safety regulations, document progress, and report requirements to the responsible engineer.
