Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the fleet, including deployments, demobilizations, maintenance activities, and traffic violations. Key Highlights: 1. All selection processes conducted by **MOVIDA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities and Duties: Monitoring and control of new vehicle deployments and demobilization of vehicles scheduled for replacement. Monitoring and handling of all maintenance-related matters for vehicles. (Supplier coordination, quotation receipt, system entry, communication with drivers and managers regarding status updates). Monitoring and tracking of traffic violations committed by drivers (extracting reports from the traffic fine portal, sending links to customers, updating emails associated with fleet license plates). Release of reserve vehicles. Document control and requests from drivers involved in accidents or incidents. Communication with third-party drivers to explain Movida’s internal procedures and provide status updates. Direct communication with internal departments responsible for customer-requested actions.
