Shift schedule: 12x36 **Main responsibilities:** * Perform basic *mise en place* to support food preparation. * Execute simple preparations according to technical specifications and kitchen instructions. * Assist junior and senior cooks with daily kitchen routines. * Maintain a clean, organized workplace adhering to hygiene standards. * Comply with food safety regulations and good handling practices. * Remain in the department until the replacement arrives, when required. **Requirements:** * Organization and sense of responsibility. * Willingness to learn and work in a team. * Basic kitchen experience is considered an advantage.
