Job Summary: Humanized and efficient emergency care for pediatric patients, including workflow organization and support to the clinical team. Key Highlights: 1. Welcoming, humanized, and empathetic attitude. ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person care to pediatric patients and their guardians in emergency situations; * Perform registration, verification, and updating of data in the hospital system; * Generate patient intake forms and organize patient intake flow; * Request and monitor insurance authorizations; * Guide guardians regarding required documents, waiting times, and unit workflow; * Support the clinical team to ensure prompt patient care; * Organize physical and/or electronic medical records; * Maintain a welcoming, humanized, and empathetic attitude when caring for children. ### **✅ Requirements:** * Completed high school education (college enrollment in Administration or related fields is preferred); * Prior experience in hospital reception, preferably in emergency/urgent care settings; * Familiarity with hospital information systems; * Strong communication skills, efficiency, and ability to work under pressure; * Organized, responsible profile with emotional intelligence. **Location:** Merck **Schedule/Shift:** 12x36 – Day shift \- 07:00 AM to 07:00 PM **Salary:** R$ 1\.992,98 **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance \| Meal/Voucher Allowance \| Health Insurance \| Partnerships and Discounts Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
