Desirable: * Experience in e-commerce logistics or last-mile distribution * Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies * Certification in Logistics or Supply Chain (SCOR, APICS) * Project management skills and proficiency with tools such as MS Project or Asana Responsibilities and Duties: * Development of logistics plans aligned with company growth. * Monthly performance reports with key efficiency and logistics cost indicators. * Guarantee of service level above 95% (On-Time In-Full) for deliveries. * Reduction of operational costs through contract renegotiation, route optimization, and process automation. * Implementation of logistics control systems and managerial dashboards (Power BI / ERP). * A skilled and engaged team supported by a continuous development plan.
