OPERATIONAL JUNIOR APPRENTICE

Description

Job Summary: Support daily operations room activities, including control and organization of supplies, system mapping, and operational and recording-related support to managers. Key Highlights: 1. Operational and administrative support in the operations room 2. Organization and control of materials and supplies 3. Support in planning and monitoring recordings **Support operations room routines**, including controlling and organizing supplies and materials, as well as system mapping and addressing. Support managers with operational requests, monitor recordings, contribute to scheduling planning and management, and ensure separation and release of required materials for recordings. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control and map supplies and materials used in operations; * Perform correct addressing of materials and supplies in internal systems; * Manage and organize materials to ensure their availability for activities; * Provide operational and administrative support to area managers; * Monitor recordings, supporting planning and schedule adherence; * Release and organize materials required for recordings. * Support other departmental requests. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Be **over 18 years old**; * Be **currently enrolled in or have completed high school**; * Currently enrolled in **Administration, Logistics, or Production Engineering** is a plus; * Have **interest in Logistics fields**; * Be **organized, proactive, and possess good communication skills**; * Have basic knowledge of the **Microsoft Office suite**. * Have **easy access to Curicica – RJ**. * Availability for a **6-hour daily work schedule** (per the Junior Apprentice program).
