Summary: We are seeking a professional Systems Analyst / Support and Integrations expert to act as a link between users, business areas, suppliers, and the technical team. Highlights: 1. Engage in customer service, system support, and integration monitoring Opportunity \| Systems Analyst / Support and Integrations We are looking for a professional to act as a link between users, business areas, suppliers and technical team, ensuring the support of corporate systems, analysis requirements and cross\-platform integrations. **Main responsibilities**: * Customer service and management user demands; * Lifting and documentation of business requirements; * Support systems and incident resolution; * Analysis, development and monitoring of systemic integrations; * Support in tests, approvals and change management; * Development of scripts and database queries; * Interface with suppliers, monitoring deliveries and SLAs. **Requirements:** * Higher education in IT or related areas; * Experience with systems support, user service and integrations; * Knowledge in APIs REST/SOAP; * Advanced SQL (mandatory); * SQL Server and Oracle; * JSON and XML; * Language of programming (Java, Python or similar). **Differential:** Experience in health operators and knowledge of the segment's processes.
