Operational Analyst - Dispatch

Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for performing cargo checker duties, including issuing CTe/RPS, checking fiscal invoices, printing labels, and correcting registrations. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with issuing CTe, Manifest, and Waybill 2. Knowledge of SSW and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipping 3. Focus on organization and management of transportation fiscal documents * Perform assigned cargo checker duties; * Issue Electronic Transport Document (CTe/RPS) with fiscal invoices and with XML/EDI; * Verify fiscal invoices and other fiscal documents related to transportation; * Print control and cargo verification labels; * Issue CTe/RPS manually and with cargo allocation, as required; * Issue Vehicle Departure Manifest/Waybill; * Correct customer registration issues in the system, when necessary; * Issue supplementary CTe/RPS to adjust or complete information and billing for performed transportation services; * Assist in monitoring operational pending items that may impact delivery; **Advantages:** * Knowledge of SSW * Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipping Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.088,00 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * Do you have knowledge of SSW? * Do you have experience in Dispatch? * Do you have experience with issuing CTE, Manifest, and Waybill?
