Job Summary: A Junior Project Analyst responsible for monitoring, executing, and overseeing projects, ensuring schedule compliance and continuous process improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor tasks, update dashboards, and develop schedules. An importing and distributing company of machinery and tools is seeking a Junior Project Analyst in Rio de Janeiro. **Responsibilities:** Monitor and execute projects, ensuring adherence to schedules. Conduct follow-up with internal departments. Monitor tasks and update dashboards and KPIs. Validate materials and review pipelines. Identify bottlenecks and support continuous process improvement. Provide meeting support. Develop schedules. Document best practices. Implement operational improvements. Previous experience as a Project Assistant, Junior Project Coordinator, Intermediate Project Analyst, or Project Intern may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
