Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior IT Analyst to provide support and maintenance for systems, equipment, and infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation and agile response to internal requests. Key Highlights: 1. Close collaboration with operations and the network center, supporting technical routines. 2. Monitoring and resolution of incidents in systems and IT infrastructure. 3. Technical support to internal users and ticket management via Jira. We are looking for a Junior IT Analyst to support and maintain the operational technology systems, equipment, and infrastructure, ensuring optimal environment performance and timely, high-quality internal service delivery. The role involves close collaboration with operations and the network center, supporting technical routines, maintenance activities, and user assistance. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of IT systems, infrastructure, and equipment; identify and resolve incidents; * Provide technical support to internal users, addressing hardware, software, network, and POS system issues; * Collaborate with the network center and operational dispatches; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance routines, tests, improvements, and technical inspections; * Manage and resolve tickets via Jira, ensuring SLA compliance; * Support general operations, primarily from the Jockey position, and assist other operational areas as needed; * Contribute to process documentation, incident records, and technical solutions; * Support information security and business continuity initiatives. **Requirements** * Basic knowledge of networks and IT infrastructure; * Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems; * Experience with ticketing and incident management tools; * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues; * Availability to work on event days; * Willingness to perform tasks involving equipment handling and transportation; * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Behavioral Competencies** * Proactivity; * Organization and time management; * Attention to detail; * Analytical mindset with problem-solving focus; * Strong interpersonal skills.
