As you grow, there is a real opportunity to transition into a development team and contribute to building innovative solutions. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities** Serve as the primary contact for support tickets via chat and other support channels, ensuring clear communication and end-to-end resolution tracking. Investigate issues by analyzing logs, metrics, and SQL queries to identify root causes and propose solutions. Escalate cases to other teams when necessary, always ensuring a seamless customer experience. Document solutions and learnings to strengthen team knowledge. Perform targeted code or database fixes, as well as minor improvements. Contribute to the evolution of internal tools, including initiatives involving AI and chatbots for support. **What You Need to Bring** Strong foundational programming concepts. Experience with C\# and .NET, object-oriented programming, and APIs. Knowledge of SQL. Proactive, hands-on profile with a strong sense of urgency and effective communication skills. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications** Experience with AWS, microservices, and messaging systems.
