Job Summary: A professional to work in the Qualified Controller Services area, analyzing, consolidating, and controlling investment fund portfolios with a focus on compliance and client support as well as regulatory requirements. We are seeking a professional to join the Qualified Controller Services area, performing medium- and high-complexity activities. Key responsibilities will include analyzing, consolidating, and controlling investment fund portfolios (FII, FIP, FIAGRO, and FIF 175\), ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations. The professional will play a critical role in guaranteeing the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of information provided to the financial market, as well as supporting clients and addressing regulatory requirements. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Process investment fund portfolios (FII, FIP, FIAGRO, and FIF 175\) daily, ensuring compliance and data integrity; * Perform asset reconciliation, cash reconciliation, and pricing of medium- and high-complexity assets; * Implement new investment funds and prepare management reports for internal and external clients; * Prepare and submit periodic legal reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations; * Support internal and external clients by resolving highly technical queries; * Participate in system validation, testing improvements and fixes to optimize processes; * Provide technical support to the team and assist management in strategic and operational activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. **Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Financial Mathematics; * Experience with structured funds; **Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):** * CPA\-20 and PQO certifications; * Familiarity with the capital markets; * Knowledge of programming languages. **Additional Information** **Location:** Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro, RJ *(100% on-site)* **Working Hours:** Monday through Friday, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher and Food Allowance; * Life Insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance; * Health and Dental Plans; * Semi-annual Profit-Sharing Bonus (PLR); * Partnership Club: Exclusive discounts at gyms (Wellhub and Totalpass), pharmacies, restaurants, language courses, and much more — enjoy them to the fullest! *Oliveira Trust believes in inclusion and the promotion of diversity in all its forms.
