Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service and operational processes. Description: * Currently enrolled in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields; * Prior experience with tourism packages and customer service is preferred; * Intermediate level of English and Spanish; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Strong writing and reading comprehension skills; * Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities; * Proactive and collaborative profile, with strong interpersonal skills and a focus on teamwork; * Assist in preparing and operating tourism package reservations, communicating with relevant departments and personnel to ensure all activities proceed as planned; * Respond to emails and WhatsApp messages, supporting the Operations and Reservations departments; * Provide courteous, respectful, and efficient telephone support to customers, guides, and suppliers; * Support the customer service department with administrative and support-related tasks; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service and operational processes. 2511190202461821308
