WE ARE LOOKING FOR an Infrastructure and Support Analyst If you are responsible and wish to develop your skills in an innovation-focused environment that facilitates access to healthcare, this position is for you! **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Infrastructure management and evolution Ensure the integrated and efficient operation of servers, workstations, operating systems, networks, and storage. Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks. Define technical standards, best practices, and IT infrastructure processes. Systems and software administration Manage operating systems, corporate applications, and management tools. Plan and execute updates, migrations, and improvements with minimal operational impact. Support decision-making regarding new technologies and solutions. Networks and connectivity Administer local and remote networks, internet connections, VPNs, and external integrations. Monitor data communication performance, availability, and security. Information security Implement and maintain security, backup, and contingency policies. Ensure data protection, compliance, and access control. Respond to security incidents. Strategic planning and continuous improvement Analyze business requirements and plan infrastructure evolution. Propose improvements targeting performance, scalability, availability, and cost-efficiency. Participate in IT expansion and optimization projects. Support and technical leadership Handle critical tickets and complex issues. Provide high-complexity user support when required. Provide technical guidance to junior staff or external vendors. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields. Solid experience in IT infrastructure. **Advanced knowledge of:** Operating systems (Windows/Linux) Networks and connectivity Information security Backup, storage, and service continuity. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Technical qualification in Computer Science. Prior experience as a technical reference or informal leadership.
