**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS**
**EXPERIENCE**
* Minimum of 10 (ten) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services;
* Technical English;
* Microsoft Office Suite.
**EDUCATION**
* **Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Planning, Automation, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or other related fields.**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Conducting monthly measurements in the Measurement System and Consolidation of Technical Documentation of the contractor company within the GED system;
* Monitoring equipment testing and performing Project activities involving verification and consolidation of calculation memoranda and data sheets for instruments and valves within the instrumentation and automation discipline;
* Providing technical advisory support for analysis of contract occurrence records via RDO and tracking responses to Technical Information Requests (SIT) and Interface Requests (SIN);
* Controlling and monitoring completion of final product documentation (Data\-Book and “as built”) and controlling and verifying Field Modification Reports (RMC) and Non-Conformance Reports (RNC), using an information system;
* Preparing technical documentation for procurement and managerial reports and technical presentations to support decision-making;
* Quantities survey based on project analysis and/or field verification to support preparation of reports and/or procurement documents;
* Surveying performed and/or pending work related to residual works, and monitoring and critical analysis of performance indicators;
* Monitoring and recording Lessons Learned and Best Practices during project execution;
* Planning, implementing, controlling, and critically analyzing Checklists (LV) using an information system;
* Conducting periodic meetings and interfacing with suppliers and designers;
* Verifying feasibility of the contractor company’s schedule within the respective discipline and reviewing information in reports and documents issued by the contractor company, identifying need for corrections;
* Reviewing documents issued by the Contractor and participating in planning audits of the management system and legal compliance;
* Collaborating with the contract supervisor and manager on contractual administration and verifying designer activities, change management, supporting negotiation of claims, and calculating budgetary supplements for contract addenda;
* Working in the areas of projects, commissioning, and field operations alongside foremen and field teams, identifying project bottlenecks and formulating solutions for unforeseen events;
* Acting as the focal point for communication with third parties and stakeholders and eliminating impediments arising from interfaces;
* Managing internally issued Work Permits and supervising construction and installation implementation;
* Operational execution, monitoring, and control of construction and installation implementation processes;
* Improving processes related to construction and installation supervision implementation and managing service contracts;
* Preparing, reviewing, studying, and analyzing the integrated (Master) Physical and Financial Project Schedule;
* Studying and simulating the integrated (Master) Schedule regarding its feasibility for fulfillment by responsible parties;
* Proposing preventive and corrective actions for physical and financial deviations from the integrated schedule, from the Project’s Master perspective;
* Analyzing documentation issued by contractors according to progress of ongoing project schedules, e.g., Mobilization Plan, Management Plan, Constructability Plan, Automation Plan for Planning Tools, Supply Maps;
* Performing integration by acting upon and automating information flow among planning systems;
* Consolidating and integrating schedules across detailed views of Units and enterprise management activities;
* Developing studies, simulations, and integration with schedules of other Company projects;
* Preparing presentations of technical planning and control data and participating in meetings and events;
* Planning supervision of construction and installation implementation within the assigned area and ensuring full application of the Commissioning Annex;
* Managing commissioning documentation, preservation, follow-up of TACs, receipt, etc., and administering tools such as FIC and SISPEN;
* Managing commissioning processes and documentation, and organizing information and databooks.
