Monitoring and control of project schedules and compliance **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum of 03 (three) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services; * Microsoft Office Suite. **EDUCATION** * **Educational Level: Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Planning, Automation, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or other related fields relevant to the specialty.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Conducting monthly measurements in the Measurement System; * Consolidating the contractor's technical documents in the Electronic Document Management System (GED); * Monitoring equipment testing; * Providing technical advisory support for analyzing contract occurrence records via RDO (Contract Occurrence Report); * Performing Project-related tasks, including verification and consolidation of calculation memoranda and data sheets for instruments and valves within the Instrumentation and Automation discipline; * Controlling responses to Technical Information Requests (SIT) and Interface Requests (SIN); * Controlling and monitoring completion of final product documentation (Data\-Book and “as built”); * Controlling and verifying Field Modification Reports (RMC) and Non-Conformance Reports (RNC) using an automated system; * Preparing technical documentation for procurement; * Preparing management reports and technical presentations to support decision-making; * Quantifying quantities based on project analysis and/or field verification to support report and/or procurement document preparation; * Assessing completed and/or pending work related to remaining construction activities; * Monitoring and performing critical analysis of performance indicators; * Monitoring and recording Lessons Learned and Best Practices during project execution; * Planning, implementing, controlling, and critically analyzing Checklists (LV) using an automated system; * Conducting periodic meetings and interfacing with suppliers and designers; * Verifying feasibility of the contractor’s schedule within the respective discipline; * Reviewing information in reports and documents issued by the contractor, identifying correction needs; * Reviewing documents issued by the Contractor; * Participating in planning audits of the management system and legal compliance; * Preparing and revising, when necessary, detailed schedules and physical/financial curves; * Preparing justifications for physical and financial deviations of Projects versus annual and multi-year plans; * Extracting SAP and BW reports for Project expenditure analysis; * Developing studies and simulations of detailed schedules; * Identifying and managing the precedence network of activities comprising the detailed physical and financial schedule; * Defining and preparing analyses of labor, material, and equipment histograms; * Analyzing contractual technical documentation for Planning and Control of the project; * Preparing presentations of technical planning data for meetings and events; * Analyzing and integrating constructability; * Monitoring and controlling Project, Supply, and SMPs planning information; * Studying and developing Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) models; * Analyzing and studying Project risk management; * Developing and executing processes for monitoring and controlling production scheduling; * Developing and executing processes for monitoring and controlling production scheduling for shutdown services per work shift; * Constructability (C\&M/Engineering/Design \- BIM); * Monitoring and controlling the contract’s financial schedule aligned with the price schedule and Financial WBS; * Conducting monthly reviews of Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, and Control practices to ensure consistency among documents issued by the CONTRACTOR, compliance with contractual requirements, and coherence with activity status at respective execution sites; * Monitoring and controlling the CONTRACTOR’s performance indicators through SIG (Integrated Management System); * Evaluating action plans for deviations in planning documents and monitoring and controlling implementation of those actions; * Preparing annual and multi-year planning for the portfolio of Projects; * Performing Construction and Installation activities, including verification of receipt of commissionable items (data sheets, calibration and parameterization certificates, instruments, and conformity certificates); comments recorded via GED tool in Inspection and Receipt Reports (RIR) issued by the Quality discipline of the contractor; * Activities related to progress in Fields II (Receipt Inspection) and III (Mechanical Inspection) of FVI (Item Verification Sheet), via FIC tool; verification of Field V of FVM (Functional Tests for all Instrumentation and Automation); * Monitoring Static and Dynamic Tests of communication networks (Foundation Fieldbus; Profibus; Modbus; Ethernet); * Monitoring and validating Loop Tests; * Monitoring execution of site maintenance, preservation, and equipment inspection services; * Analyzing impacts of project changes; * Providing technical support for evaluating feasibility of project optimizations; * Advising on fulfillment of contractual requirements during execution of design, construction, installation, commissioning, and start-up services; * Providing technical advisory support for analyzing contract occurrence records via RDO; * Providing technical advisory support for controlling and verifying Technical Information Requests (SITs) related to detailed design and interfaces with technical disciplines; * Controlling responses to Technical Information Requests (SIT) and Interface Requests (SIN);
