This professional will be responsible for structuring and tracking the company’s demands, prioritizing tasks, coordinating projects, and fostering alignment across departments. The role will play a critical part in implementing governance routines, management rituals, and performance indicator tracking—ensuring execution discipline and executive visibility into initiative progress. Within the **Advertising and Marketing** industry, this position will interface directly with departments such as Sales, Media, Operations, Product, and Marketing, contributing to smooth campaign execution, commercial projects, product launches, and other strategic company initiatives. With **direct reporting to the CEO**, this position will serve as an organizational enabler and execution agent, ensuring leadership’s strategic decisions are clearly structured, monitored, and implemented across company departments—with clarity on responsibilities, deadlines, and deliverables. **Required Qualifications:** * Prior experience in **project management, operations, PMO, or strategic management**. * Experience coordinating **multiple departments or simultaneous projects**, ensuring alignment among diverse stakeholders. * Experience structuring and tracking **timelines, roadmaps, and organizational priorities**. * Experience monitoring and analyzing **performance indicators (KPIs) and objective-based management (OKRs)**. * A **generalist, structured, and execution-oriented profile**, with autonomy to translate strategic direction into concrete action plans. * Strong ability to **organize, prioritize, and track deliverables**. * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with **leaders across departments and hierarchical levels**. * Experience developing **executive reports, dashboards, and strategic presentations for leadership**. * Ability to operate effectively in **dynamic environments with multiple concurrent demands and high execution velocity**. **Responsibilities:** * Centralize, organize, and monitor demands originating from various company departments, ensuring clear prioritization and efficient execution of strategic and operational initiatives. * Translate strategic directives from the CEO and leadership into concrete execution plans—defining phases, owners, deadlines, and priorities for initiative implementation. * Coordinate periodic review cadences with department leaders, facilitating recurring alignment meetings to ensure clear goal definition, accountability, and progress tracking on deliverables. * Implement and lead governance routines and management rituals—including status meetings, checkpoints, executive alignment sessions, and periodic organizational performance reviews. * Monitor deliverables, deadlines, responsibilities, and performance indicators—ensuring execution discipline, visibility into initiative progress, and achievement of defined objectives. * Proactively identify and anticipate bottlenecks, operational risks, and cross-departmental misalignments—intervening preventively to resolve obstacles before they impact leadership or project timelines. * Serve as an integration point across company departments—including Sales, Operations, Media, Product, and Marketing—promoting alignment, collaboration, and seamless execution of initiatives. * Lead cross-departmental strategic projects—ensuring organized delivery, team alignment, and consistent advancement of the company’s top-priority initiatives. * Establish and strengthen organizational routines, governance practices, and execution discipline—enhancing clarity of responsibilities, process organization, and overall operational maturity. * Consolidate strategic and operational information and report directly to the CEO on project progress, deliverable evolution, identified risks, and improvement opportunities. * Document strategic decisions, processes, and organizational learnings—contributing to internal knowledge organization and continuous improvement of company management. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the **Advertising, Marketing, or Media** industry. * Experience in **technology companies, startups, or rapidly scaling businesses**. * Experience working directly with **executive leadership or founders**, supporting strategic initiative organization and execution. * Experience leading **management rituals and organizational performance tracking**.
