




Job Summary: Experienced professional to structure and manage project schedules, analyze risks, and control action plans, ensuring progress and milestone achievement. Key Highlights: 1. Actively participate in defining and monitoring schedules **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Advanced knowledge of MS Project. * Intermediate knowledge of Primavera Risk Analysis software. * Basic knowledge of Primavera P6\. * Logical and analytical ability. * Proactivity and problem-solving skills. * Advanced or fluent English. * Negotiation and interpersonal communication with team members and external stakeholders. * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. **EXPERIENCE** * 4 (four) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services, subject to contract supervision approval; **EDUCATION** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering with active registration in the respective professional council. * The candidate must hold: (a) PRINCE2 Practitioner certification; or (b) PMP® (Project Management Professional) certification; or (c) PMI\-RMP® (Risk Management Professional) certification; or (d) PMI\-SP® (Schedule Professional) certification; or (e) AACE\-PSP (Planning \& Scheduling Professional) certification; or (f) AACE\-PRMP (Project Risk Management Professional) certification; or (g) equivalent postgraduate (Lato Sensu) qualification, subject to prior approval by contract supervision; or (h) equivalent certification, subject to prior approval by contract supervision. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Structure the project's physical schedule. * Generate reports on the project's physical progress for GP support, as well as upcoming milestones in the short-, medium-, and long-term. * Participate in meetings and workshops for defining and monitoring the physical schedule, using the designated planning and control tool. * Apply the Company's existing standards for schedule and risk management. * Participate in qualitative risk analysis and quantitative time and cost analysis workshops. * Issue probabilistic milestone achievement outcomes based on quantitative time and cost analysis. * Use the corporate system to register risks and response plans. * Conduct follow-up with owners of identified risks and action plans registered in the corporate system, including analysis, control, coordination with involved parties, resolution of pending items, and plans to clear the backlog, reporting periodically to the project manager. * And other similar activities of equivalent complexity and scope. **About CAPCO:** At Capco, we foster an inclusive culture.
