Job Summary: Operate cranes responsibly, ensuring safety and efficiency in lifting and moving materials, while also maintaining equipment and communicating effectively with the team. Effective communication and compliance with operational standards **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Operate cranes for lifting, transporting, and positioning materials at construction sites * Conduct daily equipment inspections before starting operations * Verify crane safety conditions, stability, and functionality * Strictly follow operational procedures and occupational safety regulations * Interpret signals from signalmen/riggers and maintain effective communication with the team * Ensure equipment preservation and cleanliness * Identify and report malfunctions, defects, or maintenance needs * Adhere to load plans and equipment operational limits * Support the construction team as required within the scope of this role **Requirements:** * Crane Operator training course with 80-hour certification * Proven experience in this role * Knowledge of safety regulations (NR-11 and NR-18) * Attention to detail, responsibility, and good motor coordination **\- WORK LOCATIONS:** Niterói, Botafogo, and Barra da Tijuca.
