Ensuring customer satisfaction The cashier operator serves as the main point of contact between the establishment and customers, receiving and serving them with courteous and efficient service. Informing and advising customers about available products. Preparing and serving **bakery** and confectionery items such as bread, cakes, sweets, and savory snacks. Ensuring customer satisfaction; creating a positive experience so that customers speak favorably about the **bakery** to friends and family, meeting customer needs and helping them find exactly what they want at that moment. But always demonstrate goodwill. Also be willing to answer customers' most common questions. Proven work experience in the food industry or supermarket sector (formal employment record required) NOTE: MUST RESIDE IN SÃO GONÇALO, RJ !!!!!
