Job Summary: This Logistics Assistant position involves supporting various operational activities, including shipping, loading/unloading, product reassignment, product verification and control, as well as assistance in issuing NFS (Notas Fiscais de Serviço) and e-commerce operations. Multifunctional work focused on logistics operations \* Main Responsibilities: \- Assist in shipping \- Vehicle departure and return \- Responsible for vehicle loading and unloading \- Assist in the process of product reassignment \- Assist in product and supplier verification \- Assist in the complete distribution process (material picking / dispatch) \- Assist in issuing NFS (sales, returns, receipts, and material suppliers) \- Assist in all e-commerce processes \- Assist in material picking / dispatch \- Assist in physical and system-based addressing \- Assist in the inventory process, including scheduling and monitoring \- Assist in controlling donated and lost parts \- Provide support at stores when required \* Requirements: \- Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in: Logistics; Production Engineering and/or Administration \- Relevant work experience \- Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills \- Preferred: Courses in the field of logistics Employment Type: Temporary Contract Duration: 3 months Compensation: R$1\.650,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Experience: * Logistics Assistant (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
