




Job Summary: Responsible for pharmaceutical assistance in the store, ensuring legal compliance, customer well-being, and proper medication dispensing. Key Highlights: 1. Provide technical support to the store team ***MISSION RELEVANT TO THIS POSITION*** Responsible for pharmaceutical assistance in the store, ensuring compliance with current legislation, adherence to company-developed Good Practice Manuals and Standard Operating Procedures, maintaining the credibility of the pharmacy chain, and safeguarding customer well-being. Also responsible for medication dispensing. ***RESPONSIBILITIES RELEVANT TO THIS POSITION*** 1\. Provide pharmaceutical assistance to customers, advising them on medication usage and health care. 2\. Ensure correct dispensing of medications regulated by Ordinance No. 344/98 and RDC 2008/05/11, as well as verification, entry of invoices into the system, storage, organization, and control of inspections for controlled substances, stored in a restricted area per current law. 3\. Inform management about expiration dates of documents (Fire Department Certificate, CIM, Sanitary License, CRF, AFE, Pest Control Report, PGRSS, Digital Registration Certificate), ensuring timely updates and follow-up. 4\. Periodically apply the Check List at the unit under your responsibility to ensure adherence to established standards. 5\. Record and file prescriptions for controlled medications daily, and ensure their submission to the National Controlled Products Management System (SNGPC) within the legally mandated timeframe—currently no later than every 7 days. 6\. Regularly enter batch/expiration date information (invoices) for controlled medications into the ERP system. 7\. Monitor the opening process for new stores, particularly regarding documentation (CRF, Local Health Authority Approval, Architectural Layout Project, etc.). 8\. Daily monitor and control refrigerator temperature for specific medications and warehouse temperature to preserve medication quality and integrity. 9\. Maintain professional appearance standards consistent with the role, including wearing a lab coat and identification badge. 10\. Provide technical support to pharmacy clerks, store managers, and assistant managers through guidance and advice. 11\. Manage inventory, performing physical vs. accounting stock counts and controls. 12\. Serve customers in the dermocosmetics section. 13\. Achieve personal sales targets. 14\. Fulfill the established working hours, avoiding penalties during inspections conducted by competent regulatory authorities.
