We seek an analytical, organized, proactive individual committed to quality, security, and innovation—someone capable of transforming business needs into efficient technological solutions. **Responsibilities** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users. * Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. * Install and update systems used by the clinic. * Respond to technical tickets, logging and tracking their resolution (GLPI). * Configure user accounts, access permissions, and network resources. * Support clinical management systems, electronic health records, and PACS/RIS (desirable). * Assist in integrating diagnostic equipment with information systems. * Monitor IT infrastructure performance, identifying failures and proposing improvements. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment. * Document technical procedures and keep the knowledge base updated. * Support vendors and internal teams during implementation of new solutions. * Assist in and perform registrations and business rule configuration in RIS and PACS systems. * Support and participate in training sessions and meetings with our network and security monitoring partner (SOC Clavis). * Track tickets from our SOC Clavis and implement the remediation actions they specify to maintain a secure environment. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Networks, or related fields (completed or in progress). * Experience in technical support (Help Desk/Service Desk). * Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft 365, and Office suite. * Knowledge of TCP/IP networks, file and printer sharing, and basic infrastructure. * Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management. * Experience with remote access tools and ticketing systems. * Strong problem diagnosis and resolution skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in clinics, hospitals, or diagnostic laboratories. * Knowledge of HIS, RIS, PACS, or electronic health record systems. * Basic understanding of SQL databases. * Knowledge of virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V). * Certifications such as Microsoft, ITIL, or related areas. * Knowledge of HL7 and DICOM integrations.
