Job Summary: A professional responsible for interpreting patterns and sketches, assembling pilot garments, and identifying improvements, with proficiency in various sewing machines and fabrics. Proven experience as a pilot sewer, preferably in the fashion industry. **PILOT SEWER \- BENFICA/RJ** MONDAY TO FRIDAY. **Responsibilities and Duties** Interpret patterns and sketches to assemble pilot garments; Assemble pilot samples of various models under the supervision of the patternmaker; Identify potential corrections and improvements during the pilot garment assembly process. Ability to work with a variety of fabrics Operate all sewing machines; Requirements and Qualifications Proven experience as a pilot sewer, preferably in fashion companies; Mastery of construction techniques across different segments; In-depth knowledge of woven fabrics and trims, including their characteristics; Technical expertise in cutting and sewing, ensuring the quality of finished garments; Familiarity with cutting and sewing machines and equipment used in pilot production.
