We provide services ranging from software development to digital transformation consulting. **Responsibilities:** Conduct technical inspection and supervision of metro-railway and tunnel construction projects. Perform engineering project analysis, verifying compliance with technical standards and contractual scope. Control quality, schedules, physical and financial measurements of projects under responsibility. Prepare technical reports, non-conformance records, and adjustment recommendations. Maintain technical interface with clients, designers, consortia, and other stakeholders. Monitor on-site service execution, verifying construction methods, safety, and performance. Review contractor measurement reports and support validation of measurement certificates. Contribute to fulfilling legal, contractual, environmental, and safety requirements. Bachelor's degree required.
