Serve as the technical reference for key users and internal teams **[Services] Senior Protheus Implementation Analyst | Implementation and Support** ==================================================================================== TOTVS | Rio de Janeiro - RJ | On-site Job Description Role Mission We are seeking a Senior BackOffice Implementation Analyst with solid experience in the Protheus suite, particularly in modules focused on public sector management. This professional will be responsible for leading implementation, support, and continuous improvement of processes related to contract management, public procurement, and bidding, ensuring compliance with current legislation and industry best practices. Responsibilities and Duties WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Lead ERP Protheus BackOffice implementation projects, focusing on: Contract Management, Public Procurement, and Bidding Processes; * Gather requirements from business areas (especially public sector or related departments); * Map, analyze, and propose improvements to administrative and financial processes; * Configure, parameterize, and validate system functionalities according to legal and operational rules; * Ensure compliance with applicable legislation, such as the Public Procurement Law (Law No. 14.133/21) and related regulations; * Prepare functional documentation (specifications, workflows, manuals, and training materials); * Serve as the technical reference for key users and internal teams; * Conduct training sessions and workshops for end users; * Support testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance); * Address post-implementation incidents and enhancements; * Collaborate with technical teams (development, infrastructure, and support). Requirements and Qualifications **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Proven experience implementing ERP Protheus (minimum 5 years); * Solid knowledge of Protheus BackOffice modules; * Administrative contract management; * Government procurement; * Bidding processes; * Knowledge of public procurement legislation (especially Law No. 14.133/21); * Experience in requirements gathering and process design; * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; * Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
