Join us in embracing the new! **ATTENTION: AXIA Energia does not charge any fees for tests, medical exams, or participation in the selection process.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and oversee transmission line and substation projects, ensuring technical and regulatory compliance; * Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies, ensuring project alignment with company needs and electricity sector regulations; * Supervise construction and field activities, monitoring schedules, costs, and execution quality; * Interface with suppliers, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure technical alignment and compliance with legal requirements; * Implement risk management and operational safety practices, proposing technical solutions to mitigate impacts and ensure transmission reliability, among others. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields; * Prior experience in transmission line and substation implementation projects; * Knowledge of technical and regulatory standards applicable to the electricity sector; * Proficiency in developing and analyzing detailed engineering designs; * Prior field experience supervising construction projects—ensuring quality, deadlines, and cost control—as well as experience in risk and operational safety management. **Desirable** * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Project Management, Energy, or related areas; * Certifications in project management (PMP, PMI, PRINCE2) or agile methodologies; * Familiarity with engineering software and electrical modeling tools (AutoCAD, PLS-CADD, ETAP, etc.); * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams and managing relationships with suppliers and regulatory agencies; * Experience in greenfield projects, M&A, or transmission auctions. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** At AXIA Energia, the well-being and quality of life of our people fuel the energy that drives us.
