Job Summary: GERA Group is seeking a COG (O&M) Assistant for remote operation and monitoring of hydroelectric, solar, and biogas power plants, water level control, and report generation. Key Highlights: 1. Remote operation and monitoring of renewable energy power plants 2. Direct support to maintenance personnel for troubleshooting 3. Coordination with power utility companies to resolve external issues The **GERA GROUP** \- An economic group focused on renewable energy, efficient and sustainable solutions \- is seeking an **COG ASSISTANT (O\&M)** to join our team. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Remote operation and monitoring of hydroelectric, solar, and biogas power plants; * Monitoring water levels in intake channels and/or reservoirs; * Monitoring operational voltage/current and generator unit output; * Completing data reports, shift handover logs, equipment failure records, forced outages, etc.; * Daily submission of energy generation reports; * Direct support and communication with plant maintenance personnel for issue resolution; * Coordination with power utility companies, including opening service tickets and resolving external issues on transmission lines and associated infrastructure. **PROFILE** * Proactive; * Dynamic; * Team-oriented; * Results- and delivery-focused. **REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:** * Technical education in Electromechanics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Availability to work rotating shifts (6 days on / 4 days off); **COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:** * Salary negotiable (please indicate your salary expectation); * Gym membership program – Totalpass; * Transportation allowance (VT) or Fuel allowance; * Flash Card – Meal/food allowance (BRL 37.00/day); * Sulamérica Health Insurance Plan; * Sulamérica Dental Insurance Plan; * Educational partnership benefits.
