We strive to make Globo increasingly diverse — in representation and thinking — learning from each other and fostering creativity and innovation. **Work model:** Hybrid, in locations with Globo offices (RJ, POA, SP, BH, RECIFE, or BRASÍLIA) **Responsibilities and duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** * Participating in and contributing to technical and business planning; * Contributing to the team members’ technical growth through mentoring; * Writing and publishing technical documentation for the team and the department; * Pair programming with other team members during feature development; * Proactively identifying and acting upon emerging opportunities; * Contributing to both technical and business growth within the team and department; * Maintaining lightness and effective communication; * Demonstrating commitment and engagement toward challenges; * Applying and upholding best practices in software development; * Collaborating effectively within a team; * Deploying via pipelines. **Requirements and qualifications** **What you need:** * Experience in software development; * Solid backend software development knowledge; * Experience using technologies within the development ecosystem, such as: Docker Kubernetes Nginx Redis Relational databases Non-relational databases Distributed systems Message brokers GitLab CI/CD Distributed caching **What sets you apart:** Experience with: Golang Lua Terraform **Additional information** **Why join Globo:** Come, and let’s build stories and technologies together.
