We are seeking a Payments Coordinator to lead the reconciliation and financial settlement operations for receivables originating from acquirers and other payment arrangements. This role plays a fundamental part in ensuring the financial integrity of transactions, accurate fund disbursement to clients, and direct interface with accounting and other finance departments. The professional will coordinate the team responsible for operational reconciliation and settlement processes, ensuring efficiency, control, and accounting compliance, while also supporting the Senior Financial Operations Manager in evolving departmental processes and controls. **\#BeABemober** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate the team responsible for reconciling receivables from acquirers, sub-acquirers, and other payment partners. * Ensure accurate financial settlement and fund disbursement to clients, guaranteeing precision, traceability, and SLA compliance. * Supervise transactional, financial, and banking reconciliation processes, identifying and resolving discrepancies. * Build and strengthen operational and financial controls related to the receivables inflow and settlement process. * Collaborate with Accounting to ensure accurate recording of operations and consistency between operational and accounting records. * Support the Senior Manager in analyzing operational KPIs and preparing departmental management reports. * Conduct operational discussions with acquirers, banks, and payment partners regarding discrepancies or adjustments. * Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency within the payments area. * Ensure adherence to internal policies, financial controls, and audit requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in financial operations or payment methods, preferably in fintechs, acquirers, sub-acquirers, or marketplaces. * Experience in card transaction and payment method reconciliation. * Prior experience coordinating teams or leading operational functions. * Strong analytical ability and experience handling high-volume transactional data. * Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERPs, financial systems, or reconciliation platforms. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical and data-driven profile * Organized with strong attention to detail * Leadership capability and team development skills * Proactivity and sense of financial responsibility * Strong communication skills for interfacing with internal departments and external partners **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with MDR, chargebacks, payment splitting, receivables anticipation, and financial settlement. * Knowledge of settlement flows among acquirers, sub-acquirers, and platforms. * Experience in financial process automation projects or system integrations. **Additional Information** **Bradesco National Health Plan \- extended to dependents at no cost per beneficiary;** **Bradesco Dental Plan \- optional;** **Flexible Meal/Voucher Allowance \- maintained during vacations;** **PLR \- profit-sharing program;** **Wellhub;** **Birthday Day Off;** **Home Office Allowance;** **Transportation Voucher (VT) as needed \- lawful deduction permitted;** **Zurich Life Insurance;** **Free access to all our products \- AppsClub, Discounts Club, TrueCaller, BTFit, and Busuu;** **Access to internal training via digital platforms;** **Internal recognition program among employees \- Bemobucks.** #### **A pioneering technology company offering mobile solutions and platforms for digital services, microfinance, and payment methods.** **At Bemobi, we value innovation and encourage everyone to reach their best version.
