This role ensures accuracy, integrity, traceability, and operational stability at Go-Live. **Responsibilities** * Define the Data Migration Architecture for S/4HANA + IS-U, ensuring integration of data from CCS and legacy systems. * Structure the Migration Roadmap, covering scope, data volume, load waves, and readiness. * Orchestrate master, transactional, regulatory, and historical data, aligning with ANEEL/Utilities criteria. * Map and migrate critical CCS data—including billing history and meter readings, meters, transformers, and equipment—ensuring consistency and integrity across entities and IS-U data models. * Implement rigorous data governance and quality, leading cleansing and deduplication processes. * Execute migration using SAP tools such as Migration Cockpit and BTP/Data Services, ensuring precise execution of migration cycles, final load, and cutover data load. * Lead governance forums and collaborate across multiple teams to ensure alignment with SAP Activate methodologies. * Ensure data stability at Go-Live through reconciliations and integrity KPIs, leading post-load corrections, adjustments, debugging, and governance. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Data Migration Leader in SAP S/4HANA or IS-U programs. * Hands-on experience migrating CCS to SAP Utilities (or equivalent CIS systems). * Deep knowledge of IS-U data models: Business Partners (BP), Contracts, Installations, Equipment, Metering, Debts, Billing, Orders. * Experience handling large data volumes and operating in environments regulated by ANEEL. * Proficiency in SAP migration tools (Migration Cockpit, LTMOM, Data Services). * Intermediate English proficiency. * Experience in data governance, reconciliation, cleansing, and quality control. * Strong analytical precision and extreme rigor regarding data quality. * Clear communication skills to translate regulatory complexity into tangible criteria. **Preferred Qualifications** * SAP certifications (IS-U, S/4HANA, Data Migration). * Experience with SAP BTP for pipelines, APIs, and automated loads. * Experience with SAP MDG for master data governance. * Familiarity with metering and technical network integrations. * Experience with high-volume parallel data loads. **We Offer** * Meal and Food Allowance: Monthly benefits for food-related expenses, both at home and outside. * Private Pension Plan: Future planning with supplementary retirement contributions. * Health Insurance: High-quality medical coverage for you and your legal dependents. * Dental Insurance: Comprehensive dental care with an extensive provider network. * Life Insurance: Protection and security for you and your loved ones. * English/Spanish Classes: Support for language learning. * Wellhub: Benefits and discounts for gyms and wellness programs. * Childcare Assistance: Financial support for early childhood education expenses. * Neoris Global Campus: A development platform offering continuous learning and professional growth opportunities.
