Results-oriented mindset and proactivity **Position: Commercial Assistant** **Location:** Vitória/ES, Gurigica **Employment Type:** CLT **Job Description:** **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service via telephone, email, and WhatsApp; * Support the commercial team in preparing and sending proposals; * Register and update customer data in systems and spreadsheets; * Track orders, delivery deadlines, and proposal status; * Assist in prospecting new customers and in post-sales processes; * Manage contact schedules and track team follow-ups. **Technical Competencies:** * Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools; * Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, RD Station); * Ability to prepare reports and organize commercial documents; * Proficiency with digital tools and online environments. **Behavioral Competencies:** * **Strong verbal and written communication skills**; * **Organizational skills and attention to detail**; * **Proactivity and sense of urgency**; * **Teamwork and collaboration**; * **Results orientation and commitment to goals**; * **Active listening and empathy in customer service**. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in progress in Administration, Marketing, or related fields is preferred); * Prior experience in administrative or commercial roles.
