Job Summary: Performs operational and support services across various areas, including yards, warehouses, workshops, and field locations, assisting with mechanical work, metalworking, painting, and performing cleaning and monitoring tasks. System monitoring and participation in emergency response teams Perform, under instruction, services supporting operational areas at landfill sites, yards, warehouses, workshops, cold rooms, storerooms, factories, and/or field locations, including loading, disassembly and assembly, organizing, packaging, distribution, handling, arrangement, lubrication, reception of healthcare waste, assistance in operating high-pressure autoclaves, biogas production monitoring, and other similar activities, thereby contributing to the company’s operational work. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform, under instruction, support services for operational and manufacturing activities at yards, warehouses, workshops, storerooms, manufacturing facilities, and field locations, carrying out organizing, unloading and loading of equipment, disassembly and assembly, storage, distribution, handling, cleaning, lubrication, and other similar tasks involving materials and tools, including securing, counting, and/or storing, aiming to contribute to the company’s operational work; * Assist, under instruction, in professional tasks such as mechanical work, metalworking, painting, operations, etc., by retrieving tools and materials, providing operational support, performing disassembly, lubrication, and cleaning of parts, aiming to support the area’s work; * Perform manual labor for preparation and restoration of work areas, including breaking, drilling, excavation, debris collection, and other tasks required at workstations; * Collect soil and water samples, following procedures or superior instructions, properly packaging\-them for laboratory analysis; * Clean operational facilities by sweeping, collecting garbage, debris, scrap, removing grease, oil, etc., to ensure workplace order and maintenance; * Conduct system monitoring, observing internal procedures, recording data, and forwarding it to supervisors; * Participate in EPAE teams (Emergency Response Teams), performing assigned operational tasks to support necessary operations; * Remain vigilant regarding unsafe acts or conditions in internal or third-party teams, reporting and/or taking preventive measures according to institutional instructions received; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity, as directed by supervisors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Incomplete elementary education – 4th grade preferred. * Specific courses or certifications related to the position. * Promptness, focused attention, interest, excellent physical fitness, initiative, discipline, teamwork spirit, and good interpersonal relationship skills. * Prior experience of 6 months in related operational activities preferred. **Additional Information** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Gym allowance * Pharmacy allowance * Christmas basket * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher #### **Transformation is part of human essence.** #### **Every evolutionary process is driven by change.
