Carry out kitchen cleaning and organization, as well as cleaning of equipment and utensils. Assist pizzaiolos and chefs during order preparation. Perform basic inventory control of ingredients in the production area. Sort and arrange necessary materials for the start of the shift. Strictly comply with food hygiene and safety standards. Assist in receiving and storing goods. Provide support in other general kitchen activities as needed.
