Job Description: * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on industrial machines and equipment; * Work on equipment in the metallurgical sector; * Control performance indicators, monitoring and analyzing key maintenance indicators; * Prepare technical documentation, record information about interventions performed, and generate reports for senior management; * Analyze recurring failures, propose and implement development projects for devices or improvements to machines and equipment; * Lead, guide, and supervise the maintenance team; * And other duties relevant to the position. Qualifications: - Experience in the role and in the field of industrial maintenance (experience in the metallurgical industry is a plus); Education: - Completed high school; - Technical course in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields; Work Location: North Zone / Rio de Janeiro Monday to Thursday: 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM; Friday: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
