Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and results-oriented Architect to develop architectural projects and coordinate them with other disciplines. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in the development of complete architectural projects. 2. Interaction with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. 3. Use of software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit. We are looking for an Architect to work as an Individual Entrepreneur (PJ), with a proactive, organized, and results-oriented profile. The professional will be responsible for developing architectural projects, coordinating with other disciplines, monitoring deadlines, and interfacing with clients and suppliers. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities: Development of preliminary studies, conceptual designs, and construction documents Preparation of technical details Coordination with complementary projects Monitoring of project schedules Interaction with clients, suppliers, and internal teams Technical support during construction execution (where applicable) **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements: Degree in Architecture and Urban Planning Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and/or similar tools Experience in developing construction documents Organization, autonomy, and strong communication skills **Additional Information** Meal Voucher – As per Rio de Janeiro labor union agreement: BRL 45.00 Founded in 1978, **Concrejato Engenharia** specializes in the restoration of historical and cultural heritage, building retrofitting, infrastructure and industrial construction, maintenance of gas and power distribution networks, sanitation works and services, among others.
