Conduct theoretical and practical classes, ensuring a clear, dynamic methodology aligned with legal requirements. Prepare the training environment, equipment, PPE, and teaching materials prior to the start of activities. Perform practical demonstrations, simulations, and supervised activities. Evaluate participants' performance through tests, exercises, and practical observations. Collect required signatures for issuing completion certificates. Represent Grupo Setec professionally during in-company training sessions, maintaining ethical conduct and alignment with company values.
