Learn more about CET LOGISTICS and all our services at: https://www.cet\-logistics.com Job Responsibilities: * Comply with and adhere to internal company policies; * Serve clients in accordance with SOP-defined procedures and deadlines; * Maintain the client’s system and Systray properly updated; * Initiate import processes; * Review and approve documents related to customs clearance; * Request foreign exchange funds; * Monitor arrival of MANTRA / CE shipments; * Review and approve draft Import Declarations (DI); * Register Import Declarations (DI); * Release Bills of Lading; * Submit and monitor agricultural requirements; * Review and approve draft Letters of Import (LI); * Register Letters of Import (LI); * Review and approve draft ICMS / Exemption documents; * Issue ICMS / Exemption documents; * Submit applications for Concession and Extension to the Revenue Federal (RF) (Special Regimes); * Monitor customs clearance status in the RF system; * Instruct and monitor cargo loading; * Billing; * Provide operational support to the department; * Provide operational support to the department coordinator, supervisor, and manager. Requirements: Job Requirements: Minimum 7 years of prior experience in this role; advanced knowledge of Siscomex, Mantra, Siscarga, LI/DI/ICMS registration, and Special Regimes. Education: Postgraduate degree in Foreign Trade, International Relations, or related fields.
