Responsibilities: \- Gather project requirements from law firms, legal departments, and internal teams; \- Map digital legal workflows and data (case progress, publications, case distribution, deadlines, hearings); \- Translate legal requirements into clear, objective specifications to guide the technology team; \- Support backlog prioritization and product roadmap definition; \- Conduct functional testing and user acceptance testing with a focus on compliance and usability; \- Monitor usage metrics and customer feedback to propose product improvements; \- Act as a facilitator among technical teams, sales, and product areas, ensuring clarity and alignment in deliverables. Requirements: \- Bachelor’s degree in Law; \- Experience in customer service; \- Experience in gathering and documenting requirements for legal systems and products; \- Knowledge of legal systems (PJE, EPROC, PROJUDI, PROCON, TRFs, etc.); \- Prior experience in technology companies, consulting firms, or environments using systems tailored to the legal market; \- Familiarity with agile management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello, or similar) is a plus.
