




**Job Responsibilities:** Analyze import documentation jointly with customs brokers; Monitor and track import processes; Complete and update container receipt reports; Maintain direct contact with key international suppliers to prevent errors and ensure adherence to deadlines and specifications; Track shipment status and customs clearance progress with all parties involved in the process. **Required Knowledge or Experience:** Knowledge of import documentation; Experience with import processes in the Manaus Free Trade Zone; Experience in commercial and operational negotiations with suppliers in China; Minimum 3 years’ experience in International Trade; Knowledge of import workflows, customs clearance, and logistics tracking. **Competencies:** Knowledge of customs legislation and INCOTERMS Experience in import processes and customs clearance Fiscal classification (NCM) and tax calculation Management of import documents (Invoice, BL/AWB, Packing List, LI/LPCO) Operation on the Siscomex Portal and ERP systems Shipment tracking and communication with freight forwarders and customs brokers; Advanced English Organization, attention to detail, and deadline compliance; Communication, proactivity, and teamwork Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree Willingness to travel * gympass * SESC membership * education allowance * childcare allowance * totalpass * transportation voucher (VT) * dental plan * health insurance * meal allowance (VA) * life insurance
