Job Summary: We are seeking an organized, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented Executive Analyst to provide strategic, administrative, and organizational support to executive leadership. Join us and grow while contributing to the evolution of our systems and processes! **We strongly encourage applications from Black, Indigenous, LGBTQIA\+, persons with disabilities, and other historically marginalized identities.** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide strategic, administrative, and organizational support to executive leadership; * Optimize processes and communication to enhance efficiency and achievement of company objectives; * Manage contract/addendum signing and related activities within this scope; * Manage documents using control spreadsheets; * Verify measurements for specific clients and enter invoices into the client’s proprietary portals; * Track activities/processes end\-to\-end; * Format and organize files; * Coordinate and track activities jointly with clients, various internal departments, and executive leadership/directors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel); * Relevant professional experience; * Postgraduate studies in Project Management, Finance, or Administration are desirable; * Bonus: knowledge of PowerBI. **Additional Information** **Work Location:** Rio Comprido \- Rio de Janeiro/RJ **\- 100% On-site** **Schedule / Working Hours:** Monday through Friday, during standard business hours.
