Permanent position with opportunities for professional development. **Job Description:** Position: Civil and Electrical Construction Assistant \- CPFL Energia Projects Type: Permanent Work Locations: Gravataí, Porto Alegre, and surrounding areas. Travel availability and willingness to stay overnight, if required, are mandatory. Work Schedule: Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM * 5x2 schedule: For candidates residing in the city where the project is located or with easy access. * 21x2 schedule: For candidates residing in cities farther from the project sites but within Rio Grande do Sul state. * 90x10 schedule: For candidates residing in other Brazilian states. Desired Profile: Must be based in Rio Grande do Sul state. Completed elementary education; Travel availability and willingness to stay overnight are mandatory. Experience in civil construction activities (any role within the field). Will work on civil, electromechanical, and electrical construction projects, including de-energized transmission works or near energized areas (work strictly on ground level only). Assist engineers, technicians, supervisors, foremen, masons, carpenters, rebar workers, welders, surveyors, assemblers, electricians, and heavy equipment operators.
