Your mission here We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Supervisor to ensure efficiency, control, and quality across our operations. This professional will be responsible for leading teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring deliveries are executed with excellence and on schedule—directly contributing to customer satisfaction and the company’s sustainable growth. What we expect from you * Solid experience in logistics operations, with focus on E-commerce; * Proficiency in WMS (Warehouse Management System) and TMS (Transportation Management System); * Ability to lead, develop, and engage teams, ensuring adherence to procedures and achievement of operational goals; * Analytical mindset, with skills to interpret KPIs and propose continuous improvements; * Collaboration with E-commerce and Transportation departments, ensuring efficient order and delivery flow; * Strategic and hands-on approach, focused on operational efficiency, productivity, and quality. Key responsibilities * Lead and manage the team in daily logistics operations activities; * Motivate and inspire the team, ensuring high performance and commitment; * Resolve issues promptly and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment; * Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions that optimize results; * Supervise receiving, warehousing, picking, packing, shipping, and distribution processes; * Act strategically to enhance performance metrics and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements * Proven experience in logistics operations management; * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields (preferred).
