RESPONSIBILITIES: - Manage planning, routing, verification, and store support processes; - Monitor, generate, and develop area-related KPIs; - Prospect and manage relationships with transportation companies; - Manage the area’s budget; - Manage digital operational platforms; - Ensure and improve routine processes and activities performed by team members; - Seek process improvements across departments; - Train and develop personnel to perform routine tasks; - Receive, store, pick, and ship products from inventory; - Perform cargo loading and unloading verification; - Move goods between branches; - Logistics; - Track performance against targets; - Responsible for area control and team leadership. QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience in transportation; - Advanced Excel proficiency; - Alignment with company culture and values; - Knowledge of construction materials, appliances, electronics, furniture, and/or financial services sectors; - Leadership and team management experience; - Experience in receiving, organizing, and controlling inventory; - Experience in loss prevention.
