ONWARD TO 2154! **Responsibilities and Duties*** Responsible for Outbound & Customer Success for the Arezzo & Alexandre Birman brands. * Point of contact with 3PL in New Jersey and Miami. * Monitoring productivity KPIs with the 3PL. * Tracking Dropship & Marketplace orders via retailers’ portals. * Supporting the internal commercial team (Brazil and US). * Receiving and reviewing new orders. * Billing management. * Evaluating and approving return requests. * Updating and creating managerial reports. #LI-CR1 #LI-ONSITE **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or Logistics; Prior experience in logistics is a plus.
