Costs/Procurement Assistant

Job Summary: Professional to support supply chain efficiency, cost composition and control, process optimization, and tax compliance assurance using management software. Key Highlights: 1. Process optimization and assurance of tax compliance 2. Data analysis and identification of bottlenecks for cost reduction 3. Familiarity with ERP software and data analysis tools Minimum 2 years of experience in: costs, accounting, taxation, procurement/logistics. Support the assurance and efficiency of the supply chain, compose and control company costs, optimize processes, and ensure tax compliance. Perform customer and supplier registrations and maintain product pricing tables in the ERP system. Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects related to costs, procurement, and tax matters; analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions for cost reduction and process optimization. Familiarity with management software (ERP), procurement management systems, and data analysis tools, including Excel. Preferred: currently pursuing studies in Accounting, Finance, Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. Must reside in Araricá or nearby cities. Salary negotiable + attractive benefits. Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:15 AM to 5:40 PM; Fridays until 4:15 PM. Availability for interview and immediate start.
