This role aims to contribute to students’ positive experience and help achieve individual and collective goals of the 26fit network. * Responsibilities: * Assist in front-desk operations and customer service, providing information about gym services and programs to ensure a satisfying experience. * Contribute to organizing and maintaining the gym environment, ensuring facilities remain clean and presentable for users. * Support the execution of events and promotional activities, collaborating with the team to promote services and encourage student participation. * Record and track customer feedback and suggestions, reporting to management to improve services offered. * Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge that contribute to continuous service improvement. * Qualifications: * Practical experience in customer service, with the ability to efficiently resolve simple issues. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact clearly and courteously with students and staff. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team, coordinating with different gym departments to achieve shared objectives. * Organizational skills and proactivity to maintain service and environmental standards. * **Educational Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education.** * Professional Experience: Prior customer service experience, internships, or volunteer work in service-oriented environments will be considered an advantage. **Location****Contract Model****Work Model** Sapiranga, RS, BR Internship On-site
